Concept An unsolicited design concept by Zero Day Design. Not the official Dockside website. It takes no reservations, no catering orders and no payments. Theirs is docksideoconto.com.
The Dockside Breakwater Park, Oconto The Dockside — home
The front of The Dockside with its sign — a sailboat badge above the word DOCKSIDE — and the patio running along the building.

Visit

In Breakwater Park, where the Oconto River meets the Bay of Green Bay. Reservations are strongly recommended — and on The Dockside's current site there is no way to make one.

The hours below are the ones The Dockside publishes, word for word. What they do not publish is what “seasonal” means, so this page prints the caveat next to the times rather than letting you drive out on an assumption.

These are the hours The Dockside publishes. Their site calls them “seasonal” without saying which months — so call before you drive.

Closed Sunday and Monday as we are limited by service and kitchen capacity due to staffing. Reservations are strongly recommended.

The City of Oconto's public camera, looking at the water outside. It is on The Dockside's own site too, at the very bottom of every page.

Come as you are

  • Fishermen, ATV and UTV riders, and snowmobilers are always welcome
  • Pet-friendly patios
  • Free local delivery
  • Gift certificates available
  • Whole pies baked by Caroline Imig — pre-order by email

What we could not tell you

None of the following appears anywhere on The Dockside's current site, and none of it has been invented here:

  • Which months the seasonal hours cover, and what happens outside them
  • Whether the phone is answered outside serving hours
  • Parking, and whether there is room for a truck and trailer or a boat
  • Whether the building is wheelchair accessible
  • Whether the patio is covered
  • Whether the ATV, UTV and snowmobile welcome means specific trail access or parking
  • The delivery radius, minimum, and how you actually place an order

None of this appears on The Dockside's current site, so none of it appears here. Guessing would put somebody in a car.

Call ahead

Reservations are strongly recommended, and by telephone. For a party of five or more on a Friday or Saturday night, they ask you to call.

920-835-5555

That number is The Dockside's own, and it is the only way they take a booking today — their website has no reservation form, no booking system and no ordering path. This concept deliberately does not add one. A speculative site that accepted a real reservation would be a problem for a real business, so nothing on this page collects anybody's details.

Questions about the concept go to hello@zerodaydesign.com — Zero Day Design, not The Dockside.
